Andy Manoushagian, hailing from Ft. Worth, Texas,
recently completed his Bachelor of Environmental Design in Visual
Studies at Texas A&M University. While there, he studied
architecture, digital video and photography, and multi-media
installation design as well as music composition and performance
through teaching at Bryan High School (Bryan, TX) and membership in
Percussion Studio, a performance-based percussion ensemble
group.
In the spring of 2006, Manoushagian attended the Akademie fur
Internationale Bildung in Dusseldorf, Germany. In the summer of
2007 Manoushagian was featured in “Platonic 5” by Paolo Piscitelli
which was exhibited in Turn, Italy with further dates planned
throughout Europe. In 2001, Andy Monoushagian was selected for the
BOA Honor Band of America, and in 2003, as a TMEA All-State
percussionist. He says, “Hi!” to everyone.
