Our program focuses on getting you out into the community and working with professional artists and organizations in Los Angeles and beyond. Our studios are located strategically, at the 18th Street Art Center, a non-profit artists residency center in Santa Monica. We also have classes and second year studios at our main OTIS campus in Westchester, where you can take advantage of various production studios in sculpture, photography and video.

During the first year your home base is the Public Practice Studio at the 18th Street Art Center where you have a individual storage space and a collective studio and computer lab. In your second year you expand your activities to include intensive and focused work in your individual studios.
