Design has become a word for the
privileged. Common man is forgotten in a haze of
pretension. I designed the Dream Rocket with a accessibility
in mind. Utilizing new technology, the Dream Rocket makes
affordable what is usually a luxury item.
I conveyed this sense of consumer optimism by using forms from the 50s, where the “American Dream” of ice cream can be attained.
